Toby Keith is trying his talent at acting right now and initial reports from the set in Atlanta are positive, according to the other actors involved in the project. Kelly Preston, Burt Reynolds And Willie Nelson also are in the film, a bittersweet story of former high school sweethearts Bo Price (Toby Keith) and Angela Delton (Kelly Preston), who return home after the deaths of their younger brothers which forces them to deal with the past and future.
Keith plays a country music singer who has fallen from the spotlight and whose life changes after coming home, reuniting with his true love and meeting his 16-year old daughter (Lindsey Haun) for the first time.
Shooting for the film started in early October around Atlanta, GA. The movie is set to be released sometime next year. It will be in theaters, followed by a limited run on CMT and then to DVD.

I am glad to see Toby going after another avenue. It might be for him and it might not be. But hey at least it will give some of us a bit longer to see him and hear his sweet voice.

I think Toby will do a great job. Toby puts 200% in everything he does.. He is very talented.. Look at past history - everything he does turns out great...
