McGraw to assist with Amazon.com hurricane relief effort
Country music star Tim McGraw will be celebrity spokesperson for Amazon.com’s holiday fund-raising effort for victims of hurricanes Katrina and Rita.
McGraw, who grew up in Richland Parish, will speak at St. Bernard Parish City Hall/Civil Center at 11:45 a.m. Tuesday. He will also meet with first responders and with people who lost their homes in the flooding that followed the hurricane.
