BX-93 London stages CONVOY for Paul Brandt

BX-93 listener Tina Andres of Tillsonburg and a guest won front row tickets to the sold out Paul Brandt show at Centennial Hall Novemeber 30th, a meet and greet with Paul and they rode to the show in the Paul Brandt L.E. Walker Transport "Convoy" of big rigs!

Photos of the event are at: http://www.bx93.com/bxpromos.asp

Standard Radio/London OM Barry Smith (bsmith@ezrock.com) had lots of thanks to his staff after the show: "I just got a call from Don Jones, the promoter of last night's Paul Brandt Spectacular at Centennial Hall. Don told me that his staff called him to "report"they're OVER THE TOP! Don tells me that he has not for years seen his staff as excited or impressed with the lead-in, execution and OUTCOME of a Centennial Hall Concert in many years! He called to say "THANKS TO BX-93"! Our station was the only source of promotion for the event...and what was presented was "WILD" (to use Don's words). Don loves SELL-OUTS, but sell-outs that leave a profound after-glow, and prompt him to consider booking MORE Country Acts are, in aword....special!

People are still talking about the presence of the big trucks and the cool, handsome drivers..... A simple, but wonderful idea with a great plan and first class execution...and Shannon and Miranda in our promotion department made sure they didn't hit a single overpass!

Wonderful!
