In Canada, the "S-1" BBM begins on 1/8 .. in America, the Winter ARB starts on 1/11, with diaries for most of us but People Meters for Philadelphia. You can tell because the word 'cash' is already starting to pop up on what had been previously patriotic billboards (in Lethbridge, for example).
