Carson here -- I do middays on 80s-rock WQBW in Milwaukee. I think the Jacobs' research is saying people want FM *tuners* in their iPods. Your link was to iPod FM *transmitter* products used to listen to your iPod over an unused FM frequency on your car stereo. Here are some links to FM tuners for iPods:
