Paul Arca, a radio personality for KLOU-FM, was injured Saturday afternoon when the boom from the van he was riding in made contact with a high-voltage wire. Arca hosts a 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. program on KLOU.Authorities said Arca suffered an electrical shock. He was in good condition Saturday night at St. Joseph Health Center in St. Charles.
