Through an alliance with Beijing CSI Ticketing Development, Ticketmaster has expanded its global operations to China. The new joint venture will be called Beijing Gehua Ticketmaster Ticketing Company. BGTTC will provide exclusive tickets for the XXIX Olympic Games in 2008. The Juyongguan section of the Great Wall was decorated with colors of the Olympic Ring by 5,300 Beijing volunteers. The Games of the XXIX Olympiad will be held in the last week of July and the first week of August 2008.
