Country 107.1, Abbotsford, just east of Vancouver, does a classy sales promotion, gives listeners morning show cash and does good things for the community at the same time.
Meanwhile, the nearby "big city country station" JRfm is not taking the newcomer lightly, by saluting local communities on air, in their TV and outdoor and with listener wearables.
