Looking Inside Listeners' Heads

Gord Eno, PD at JRfm, Vancouver just went through the diary comments from the S2 BBM book.

He sends along a couple classics hoping that all of us who speak on radio will heed...

A 25-34 year old female listed five different stations and a total of 15 quarter hours per week (roughly 2 x 15minutes a day) and says of air personalities on her favourite station: "It would actually be nice to hear them only when they have something interesting or actually relevant to say – otherwise just play some good music and keep it quiet."

Another woman, about ten years older (35-44): "Up until Frosty left I would listen to CKNW during my commute. ....but since Frosty left, they have too much news. In short, I don't want to think that hard before work."
